My journey

After more than twenty-one years working as an engineer for airlines, I felt the need to place humanity and nature at the center of my activity. I love the earth, this nurturing and healing land. My grandparents, who lived off the land, inspired me greatly. This led me to first train in phyto-aromatherapy through a sensory approach, within the Helichrysum Association, to support those around me with medicinal plants. This training was a real passion for me. It allowed me to reconnect with the earth, to connect with the living, and was an invitation to rekindle my intuition. It was from there that I began to dream of a professional change.

More recently, I trained in Foot Reflexology at the Terres des Phénix Institute, which is a natural health technique that I fundamentally believe in. My foot reflexology draws on Western, Chinese, and Thai reflexology techniques for a comprehensive rebalancing action through the 7200 nerve endings on each foot, meridians, and energy points.

Finally, I completed a two-year training as a naturopathic practitioner at the Humanistic Naturopathy Institute in Paris. The naturopath relies on these natural health techniques that I have trained in, including phyto-aromatherapy and foot reflexology, but much more. When I was a teenager, already convinced of the importance of eating well, I bought my first nutrition book. Since then, I have always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle, primarily through diet and exercise. I will conclude with this quote from William Shakespeare: "My body is a garden, my will is its gardener." In my opinion, the naturopath's work is to activate this will in people !
